Even though I used to be really fond of Madhuri..I am glad she didn’t do 1942.. I liked Manisha in it a lot…Madhuri brings with her quite a bit of inherent confidence which Manisha doesn’t and I think thats the way it was reqd in 1942.
I get your point. Manisha did look very innocent in the first half but she becomes a revolutionary in the later part if I remember it correctly. Madhuri could have been good in the later part of the movie.
I doubt it would have made much difference to the movie. I did not like the movie except for the last 15 minutes or so. Jackie was good in it.
Guess the three actresses. Its an easy one.
