Among the nominated movies have watched Don’t Look Up, Dune, King Richard, The Power of the Dog, Encanto and Raya and the Last Dragon.

Best Picture – I think The Power of the Dog will win. Dune was good too. King Richard was ok. Doesn’t deserve nomination for Best Picture.

Best Director – Not sure why Denis Villeneuve was not nominated for Dune. Jane Campion will probably win for The Power of the Dog.

Benedict Cumberbatch was excellent in The Power of the Dog and will most probably win the Oscar for Best Actor. Will Smith was good in King Richard but don’t think he deserves a win.

Best Supporting Actor – Jesse Plemons was good and I like him but don’t think he deserved an Oscar nomination for The Power of the Dog. Kodi Smit-McPhee does deserve the nomination though and will probably win too.

Best Supporting Actress – Kirsten Dunst was good and deserves the nomination for The Power of the Dog. Did not like her character though. Aunjanue Ellis’ was good but her role was small in King Richard.

Best Adapted Screenplay – deserving nominations for Dune and The Power of the Dog and I think The Power of the Dog will win.

Best Original Screenplay – deserving nomination for Don’t Look Up. Don’t think King Richard deserved a nomination.

Dune deserves Best Cinematography but The Power of the Dog was good too.

Dune deserves the Best Costume Design nomination.

Well deserved nominations for Best Editing for Don’t Look Up, Dune, King Richard and The Power of the Dog.

Best Makeup and Hairstyling – deserving nomination for Dune

Best Production Design – deserving nominations for Dune, The Power of the Dog

Best Original Score – deserving nominations for Dune, Don’t Look Up, Encanto, The Power of the Dog

Best Sound – deserving nominations for Dune, The Power of the Dog

Best Visual Effects – deserving nomination for Dune
