* Though the producers have announced the release date of this biggie, the buzz within the industry is that it won’t make it on that date. Reason: The lead actor begins filming his new film and will have no time on hand to promote the film. Truth or mere rumor? Let’s hope there’s clarity on its release date!

* Sangeeth Sivan is busy with two sequels presently. Besides being entrusted the responsibility of directing YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA 2, Sivan is also assigned the directorial reins of APNA SAPNA MONEY MONEY 2. While YPD2 will feature the three Deols, ASMM2 might have a different cast, though Riteish Deshmukh will feature in it.

* While JOKER won’t release in 3D, there’s talk that UTV has abandoned the plans of releasing Remo D’Souza’s ABCD [ANYBODY CAN DANCE] in 3D as well. However, it’s pure speculation, since ABCD is being filmed in 3D and there’s no question of not releasing it in 3D.

* Is the Hindi remake of Tamil film VETTAI shelved? No, not true. The latest is, the scripting of the Hindi version has already commenced. The project is definitely on!

* It’s said that Tiger Shroff’s debut film will be a remake of a Telugu film PARUGU. However, Sabbir Khan, who directs Tiger’s film, denies it. “It’s not a remake of a Telugu movie. Had it been a remake, we would’ve started filming already,” he clarifies. Point noted!
