btw what I meant by one side of coin is when all the UP/Bihar underworld operates in mumbai shamelessly – Hindi as well as South media (including Hindu paper) target only bad things about SS and MNS.
Fanatics are there from Karnataka to TN to Bengal to every state – but only MH is targetted as its economic capital and these UP/Bihar gundas like to highlight only bad things about maharashtra/ss/mns.
In TN they dont even write Satyamev Jayate – they write something in tamil. Such is the opposition to hindi there . Same is the case in Bengal and Karnataka. Just an example. These states atleast are not harrased by gundagiri of northies like maharashtrians face.

Like the dialogue in RDB “jo long uncho sunte hai unko dhamake ki zaroorat hoti hai” and MNS and SS did exactly that for all these years against north indian gundas.

Well, now after the Delhi rape case incident the people are on streets in Delhi, they themselves dont know what to do. Their demands are ridiculous. But then govt needed such reaction – cause “jo log uncha sunte hai…”
All in all what I say is, what SS,MNS did was also wrong. I am not justiying it – but then Hindi media made a big thing out of it ignoring serious crimes in north belt. Also the people now angry on rapes should understand that there cant be a selective judgement. This is a land of Mahatma Gandhi and Gautam Buddha. ..not of say..bal or bhagat or savarkar.
Bal thackray, bhagatsingh jaise hazar aaye aur gaye jinhone quick term solutions provide kiye which were in heat of the moment…. …but this country is not UAE or some other such. Lets have patience.
Immediate solution would be to give protection to women fully like Suprabh said.
Long term solution is reduce economic and social inequality.
