Saw the movie when it came out and liked the movie a lot. Will Smith and his son both were excellent.
@baba – Have you seen this movie?
PS: Whenever there is not enough comments or views, I Call Babaji 😉
Baba,
You should watch the movie. I think you might like it.
Saw the scenes with sound (its been a while since I saw the movie) and both scenes are my favorite scenes (first one more than the second). Will Smith is brilliant in the first scene where he is trying to hold his tears.
Found better videos of the above clips.
Really These are The great scene.
Thanks Sputnik – I actually downloaded blu ray print of this film to watch whenever i feel low in my real life professional life. One can write an essay about this film. There are so many instances shown in the film that may have happened in everyone’s life such as for example – He looses his shoe in an accident but he goes to office without caring abt it (thats not important), he goes to interview with that painted shirt and full of bad odor on the body straight from the jail and he successfully pulls it off with normal answers that you or me would give in such circumstances (first of all we would never attempt or think of to go in such scenario or even in case of bad shirt or smell or when one is in bad situation 😛 ) and the most common thing i found was when ever he tries to meet a client or offer any assistance or make a sale he uses one phrase “thanks for giving this opportunity” which is very common in reality. It was real not surreal (except the solving of cube) and his day to day suffering, pain, anger and his pursuit of happyness is simply amazing. Salesman of the year may look pathetic in front of this classic if applicable in real life…
Even if you watch that first scene one would get emotional instantly and such is the effect of his performance… I can really really connect with this film. Outstanding
