Very interesting trailer. Visuals look great. Looking forward to this a lot as its written by Gulzar. Looks like Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is going to use the older story just like he used the Bhagat Singh story in RDB to show the similarities between the contemporary story and the folk tale.

Just read the story of Mirza Sahiban from wikipedia and the story is very good and the ending so tragic and excellent.

To me slow motion shots are killing my interest in it. To me it looks self indulgent type.
Music looks good and Visuals look great.
But I fear it is just about visuals and slow mo.

Though earlier I was very excited about this when I read a interview where ROM says that Mizya Sahiban story is timeless and to show that they have used no dialouges whenever movie is showing old time. (Not able to find the link. ) – But its a great idea to show the timelessness.

Interesting idea of not using dialogues for showing the Mirza Sahiban story but not sure if it will work.

This looks like Bhag Milkha Bhag… Though hopefully it isn’t.

About the no dialogue – how exactly do you express that the story is kind of timeless, If we think about it deeply, then we realize how difficult it to express the feeling of timelessness and no dialogue is the way. Though I am hoping they would keep changing clothes, set up for different scenes..

It works out or not thats is a difficult matter and ROM is brave to go that way. Though till now I read only in one news which I am not able to find now. Keeping the hope alive.
