Vicky Donor and Hate Story took a dull start in morning shows across the country at multiplexes. Vicky Donor opened to around 20% collections with select multiplexes in Delhi/NCR being 25% plus. Hate Story opened to 10% collections at multiplexes.
Hate Story which caters more to a mass audience should open better in single screens.
Vicky Donor being a multiplex film may improve in the evening shows if public reports are good. The film will need huge growth on Saturday if it is to come out with a decent weekend.
Hate Story has been released on around 1100 screens in India while Vicky Donor is on around 750 screens.
