Good Trailer Shahid looks terrific in few scenes and in the last scene trying to copy Pankaj Kapoor’s acting.Log in to Reply
Agree on Shahid trying to copy Pankaj Kapoor’s acting in the last scene.Interesting trailer. The movie could go either way – be brilliant or be over indulgent.Log in to Reply
Excellent trailer .Looks like this movie will have some brilliant performances . Looking forward to it .Log in to Reply
I hope movie is not too much eccentric. Hope it matches upto his earlier Shakespeare adotoptions.Log in to Reply
Looks terrific, barring a couple of scenes which looked over indulgent. Hope the movie does not become an egoistic mess and instead stays true to Bharadwaj’s earlier adaptations like Maqbool and Omkara.Log in to Reply
looks as bland and pointless as any recent bhardwaj movie. one of the most overrated directors. why do they throw english words while using heavy urdu words otherwise throughout. shahid kapoor seems to be overacting.ritz – i am saying this because you usually taunt ppl who use heavy english words without knowing the meaning. what makes you think the film could be “eccentric”. do you know what that words means?Log in to Reply
Well all i heard was “disappeared” and when that girl says “i never loved in my life” or something like that. I agree that VB is overrated. And also agree that Shahid overacts – more than this in Kaminey. and I hated his Kaminey. But he (VB) has been damn good at adopting shakspeare stories so I am looking forward to this.Log in to Reply
What I meant by “eccentic” is that I hope movie is not too much experimental like No Smoking / Matru ki bijali ka mandola…both movies are fine for me but in general they dont make sense for general Public. What makes me think like that is the way Shahid acts in some scenes – to be or not to be.Log in to Reply
Has the potential to be the most powerful performance of all the lead actors this year from Shahid Kapoor. Has all the usual(unusual) flavor of Vishal Bhardwaj’s movie. Really hope it has some great music!Log in to Reply
Who is the actor who is dubbing the lines in the start? (“tumari maa par fareb daale the”) He is very good in conveying emotions through voice. Also liked the lines by Shahid’s character: “Dil ki gar sunoo to Hain; Dimag ki toh Hai Nahin. jaan doo, ke jaan loo main hoo,.. ke main nahin!”Log in to Reply
Don’t know who the actor is but agree he is very good in conveying emotions through voice. His voice is good. Initially I thought it was Pankaj Kapoor but he is not.Log in to Reply
I have heard his voice before too in VB movies’ only perhaps in Ek THi Dayan or Kaminey..I think he is the actor which is shown at the end of the trailer, at 01:49, the person which is tied by rope..I googled and i think this might be that personhttps://www.google.co.in/search?q=Lalit+Parimod&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&channel=rcs&gfe_rd=cr&ei=ZnG9U6XfE4GL8QeUpoAoI loved his voice…BollywoodLife.com is saying that guy is Irfaan khan.. not sure about this..Log in to Reply
Googled videos of Narendra Jha and his voice does sound like that in the trailer. Thanks.Log in to Reply
Aao na song audio From Haider…https://www.youtube.com/embed/ENonU3pwUgkIt looks Good… Though my expectation of lyrics was lil higher.. I loved lines “Ek Phoonk Se Miyan Sab Udd Gaya Dhuan” and some others too.I liked Vishal’s voice, but his pronunciation was not that good, particularly when he say “Maahjabin”, I was irritated at that word in his voice. He says that word almost like Punjabi.Music wise song is great and initial guitar sets the mood right and then Vishal Bhardwaaz take the song even higher from there, Those drums at the lines “Are Aao Na Ke Jaan Gayi Jahan Gaya Sou Jao” make you feel like shouting or at least full of energy, and this thing matches well with Vishal Dadlani’s voice. All in all a good song, hope to get better, as Ishqiya was almost disappointing.Log in to Reply

Agree with you @saurabh-sharma that music wise song is great and that the guitar part is very good. Lyrics could have been even better but liked the lines “Ek Phoonk Se Miyan Sab Udd Gaya Dhuan”.Log in to Reply
Song as well as Lyrics is good. If one listens to second para carefully – its typical Gulzarish (with Ghalib influence on life and death).Log in to Reply
C’mon this is a bollywood site and you guys should know better. The voice is Piyush Mishra and he is a major actor or kashyap type of movies.Log in to Reply
His voice is different, and also he has not been credited.. If it is his voice then he is doing voice over only..Log in to Reply
The voice is of Narendra Jha as he is playing Shahid Kapoor’s father in the movie and this is confirmed from the synopsis from Filmfare. The first page of the Filmfare article.Log in to Reply
