Aamir – Salman – SRK: Few clarifications!

The premier production house, Yash Raj Films, is deep neck into activity. The Chopras are currently involved in the production of three biggies, each of them starring a Khan in the pivotal role. Naturally, a lot of speculation is doing the rounds of the industry…

The film starring Shah Rukh Khan, being directed by the doyen, Yash Chopra, is still to get a title. The rumor mills have gone ahead and announced YEH KAHAN AA GAYE HUM [the wordings have been borrowed from a popular song from SILSILA], but the truth is, that’s *not* the title. “The title is still not locked,” Rafiq Gangjee, Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Yash Raj clarifies. Also, it’s said that the first look of this film will be launched with EK THA TIGER. Again, it’s unconfirmed yet.

While director Kabir Khan has tweeted that he will launch the second trailer of EK THA TIGER on 29 June, Yash Raj is still to decide on the exact date of release of this much-awaited film. Yes, YRF has announced Eid release [August], but the date is not set yet. The Chopras are still vacillating whether to bring the film on 15 August [Wednesday] or 17 August [Friday], since Eid is on 20 August. Ideally, a 15 August release would be most beneficial for the film, since it’s a national holiday. Nonetheless, the Chopras are yet to take a call on it!

Meanwhile, the shooting of Yash Raj’s much-in-news DHOOM 3 has commenced. Aamir Khan is joining the team in June-end.
