Below average song kuch khaas nahin hai.
Sau saal pehle inke dadaji inhe leke aaye the Banaras? Then there should be no excuse for his bad hindi /tamilized accent.
btw song is average by Rahman standards (who is not great shakes IMO) but in hindi film scenario these days (too much techno sound) it still feels like breath of fresh air.
Based on earlier films by the director …the Abhay Deol track will ruin the film completely.
Rather than others – including Dhanush’s.
Addicted to Ninjae Yelu from Maryaan. Looking forward to music.

Even liked the theme music very much and trailer too.
I Love this Song.
Hope Rahman has delivered a beauty with Raanjhana unlike JTHJ.
@serenzy
JTHJ music was not Rahman…if you know what I mean.
Anjanpur,
I don’t know *exactly* what you mean but yes, I’ve read that article where Rahman clearly stated that JTHJ’s Music was moreoff created and suited in a way to match up with Chopra’s Taste of Music and it did Not have his 100% dedication to the Music.
JTHJ Music was Bad except a Song or Two.
Even Gulzar gave pretty bad lyrics maybe except – Heer.
.
But, now in RAANJHANA Rahman can make things right and give us good soulful numbers.
Tum Tak is a good start.
Even TWM had good songs.
