“The wait is over! The first trailer of the Aamir Khan starrer TALAASH will be unveiled on 26 January. With AGNEEPATH. Initially, there was talk that the promo of TALAASH would be attached to the prints of DON 2, since both DON 2 and TALAASH are produced by the same producers [Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar]. Since the trailer of TALAASH wasn’t ready then, it was decided to launch it in January 2012. “It’s [the trailer] slightly more than a minute’s duration,” Ritesh Sidhwani divulges.
2011 has been a lucky year for Ritesh and Farhan. While GAME didn’t work at the box-office, ZINDAGI NA MILEGI DOBARA and DON 2 have hit the pot of gold. Reportedly, Zoya has started work on her new film. “She’s already brainstorming on a couple of subjects,” reveals the enterprising producer. As for the third installment in the DON series, the fans will have to wait, since Farhan is busy with BHAAG MILKA BHAAG, being made by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. He’s enacting the lead role in the film.
While on AGNEEPATH, Dharma and Eros [the Overseas distributors of AGNEEPATH] will be taking Sanjay Dutt, Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra for promotions to Dubai on 19 January. A press conference at Armani Hotel will be followed by an interaction with the fans at Dubai Mall the same evening.”
