Nice Song on Aamir’s Birthday and very well sung by Udit and suit his voice too.
Thanks.
One of my favourite songs, reminds me of the time when this movie was released. it was top song of 1988 as per ‘Binaca Geetmala’ which used to be a yardstick for measuring song popularity.
Thanks for sharing.
Yes it was a big hit. I used to listen to that radio countdown too which I think was later changed to Cibaca Geetmala.
Happy Birthday Aamir.
This movie was very popular in Bangladesh . I remember there was a remake of this movie with same songs, setting, lyrics and it was a huge hit. And it was also the debut movie of the leading actor and actress 😛 .
This song in Bangla remake . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCGRbVdZbX8
Saw the song…. Majja aa gaya 😀
Haha! 🙂
Nice song. I liked the song and in video, the portion where an old couple dance.
@sputnik I have posted (for review) 2 songs. One 3 weeks back and one today. R they under review/moderation ?
@alfa-one,
I saw the first one few backs but I thought you were still editing or about to add to it. As I said before just let me know when you are done with the post and ready to post it.
I will post the first one tomorrow.
Lovely song…. Timeless classic. IMMORTAL! 🙂
And, a very big happy birthday to the ONE who always was and EVER will be – AAMIR KHAN 😀
49 & still going strong. Happy B’Day!
But many yrs in his 25 yr career have been unaccountable like the missing Malaysian plane …
Reena Dutta, Aamir’s then wife is in the song around 4:50-5:10. Don’t know how many of you already know it.
He betrayed his wife and kids. What a shame !! And he is giving lectures on women empowerment – is this a joke? Saala ….
LOL, ^ thats heights of sarcasm. How dare Aamir is so short in height?!
Btw, personally I feel Aamir had actually empowered Reena … she did not have to spend all her life as a shadow of Aamir’s stardom. At least she was not un-empowered like Abhishek Bachchan (his is a sad case of double dependency).
So yes, Aamir is the right person to speak about women empowerment (but did Aamir copy Rahul or vice versa, anyone? – Arnab shud def know!)
They did something similar with Avantiaka Mallik for Imran’s debut in JTYJN in that ‘Pappu’ song, I think.
