Good song but I dont think much about this film. salmans role is that of a pansy. Also I dont know why in those films, educated heroes started doing labour jobs when they left home for love. He could have become an accountant for his boss or something.why a labourer? same for some early aamir romantics. I think filmmakers of that area felt that was the only way to show a hero has earned money by “effort”.
He tells Alok Nath that he will earn 2000 Rupees in the same town in front of him. The guy says its a hilly area and asks him to go to city and earn it but Salman declines it. They have to make it seem like the rich mahelon mein palne wala hero is working hard na 😉

working as an accountant is just as hard. so much mental exercise. but bw loves cliches.he could have worked as an accountant or junior manager of that muslim boss’s logistic/construction business.but that wont “look” hardwork ,isnt it?
Salman Khan’s very bold interview on kissing and love making scenes have a look.

I wud have Preferred ‘O o Jaane Jaana’ Over this Song!
A scene from my fav salman film on his birthday:
out of all salman films.this is ur fav baba?what is it about this movie tht u like?
I have talked about this a number of times here and elsewhere.I prefer salman in angry brooding type than semi-comical (dabang) or choc boy(mpk, hahk etc).He is the best action hero among the khans who didnt exploit this side of his persona barring veergati and KA where he completely overshadowed srk.Veergati is quintessential hard hitting bw masala film. It is salmans krantiveer/agneepath so to speak.Excellent dialogues and characterisations of each one is well written.salman had many ‘actorly’ moments here.Rest you can check my views in some posts i made in past :
biggest issue with salman recent films is there is no vulnerablity or uncertainity to his roles in them. vilians are for comic relief and only casted to get beaten up by him in few mins. contrast it with a film like veergati, when he enters the casino of the villian, we dont know what can happen to him, will he come out alive and so on. but with dabang types, you know whats going to happen all the way.
Baba,
when are you coming up with part 2 of the health series? I will be waiting. Btw thanks for those videos..they were really helpful….great workout.
Thanks for the interest suprabh. It will come next year 😀
Vijay Patil of Raam Laxman fame has passed away. RIP.
His music for MPK, HAHK and Pathar Ke Phool was very good.
