    OFOTCCN- pointless film.

One can say its pointless film as One sees it. Its my Fav and seen many times. we alwys do this psychological error while evaluating movies or any other piece of art ; we forget context.

OFOCN is LANDMARK movie in just one context that it changed american mental Insts for ever. It lead to terrific debates in US abt condition of Mental asylums. It depicted what usually happened in those close inst and even good minds get deranged if they live in those Insts. Forget JN acting and how staff there works…

In later days samething happened with SS’s Jaws and Dynasaurs Movie which led to knowledge and curiosity burst in US abt those species. Read how much jaw movie influenced ppl trying to learn abt Jaws and same way did AIDS movie Philedephia…

In US and West, One thing is good, Some movies and songs lead to great sort of awakening or knowledge curiosity burst where in India such occurences are rare ( It get banned here).

and last but not least, OFOCN is just Terrific piece of cinema, IMHO .

The context and in a larger picture, the ending scene of this film is bit similar to The Trueman Show ending.
