I don’t know about the healthy part but I think organic food definitely tastes better.
well, I have friends who used to say Indian vegetables taste better because it is organic (Tomatoes in US never taste like one in India). As you know Indian foods have so much insecticides/pesticides. The point is, it is in mind. I do read labels and buy stuff. Yesterday I was at Whole Food and prices are outrageous. Even a non-organic salad platter is $30 which is like $10 in normal grocery stores. I think we can be smart and pick and choose where even normal food is regulated
Tomatoes from Farmers Market also don’t taste like the ones from India.
I used to never like any fruits (Apples, Bananas) in US bought from Harris Teeter or Walmart but the organic ones from Trader Joes or Fresh Market are sweeter.
