Here are some Old Songs Reused in New Movies. This one by Begam Akhtar is a classical old song which Nana used very beautifully while searching for his mother scene in the Prahaar movie.
Here is an excellent reuse of the song Golmaal Hai Bhai Sab Golmaal Hai from Golmaal in Hera Pheri.
Here is Kya Se Kya Ho Gaya Bewafa Tere Pyar Me from Guide using in a nice comic way in Andaz Apna Apna.
Here is Yash Chopra reusing Ae Meri Zohra Jabeen from his own movie Waqt in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
Here is Abhishek Chaubey reusing Dhanno Ki Aankhon Mein from Kitaab in Ishqiya.
Here is David Dhawan reusing Dost Dost Na Raha from Sangam in Aankhen.
There is another one I remember in Fanaa where in rickshaw there is a stanza of “Waqt Ne Kiya”. But I cant find it. But I think the above scenes are good examples of what I mean to say. Please post more.

i generally dislike the use of old songs in movies especially in comedy scenes. it was funny or good may be in 90s but now i find its usage as a sign of intellecual bankrupcty on the part of director
Thanks Sputnik for nice contributions from your end.
Except for the top song all other contributions/suggestions are by Sputnik.
esp I liked aye meri joharajabeen, AAA and Hera Pheri ones.
You are welcome. You came up with the idea so all credit to you.
Loved the Prahaar one and I think its the the best use of an old song among the ones here. Loved Nana’s acting in the scene.
Agree with Baba that old songs were reused a lot in the 90s for comic scenes and while I liked them back then they look cliched now. Golmaal Hai Sab Golmaal Hai song is very nicely used even though its also a comic scene.

Lag Ja Gale sung by Lata (Woh Kaun Thi – 1964) used in Fanaa romantic scene.
Mora gora ang lai le – Its not an original song but I like the way in this situation the song and dialogues are used Johnny Gaddar. When Vikram (JG) kills Sheshadri (DHarmendra) –

Now this one as well as the first one in this post are not actually film songs but this one as magical for me as the Prahaar song.

There is also “Pani bhareli kaun” at 22:00 from Siddhershawari Devi. Which is as much mesmerizing for me atleast as Aamir moves into new house and explores the old stuff leftover by earlier tenants.
Good ones from Dhobi Ghat and Ragini MMS.
Raja HIndustani used one of popular Dilip Kumar starring song:
