The new Hindi releases all opened to a dull response with audience counts in single figures and that too on limited shows. Animation film Arjun: The warrior was best of the lot as it had best release but it had low occupancies of around 10-15%.
Chutki Bajaa Ke, Love Recipe, MLA, Rakhtbeej and Yeh Khula Aasman all opened to 0-5% occupancies.
Men in Black 3 opened well in its English and 3D formats with occupancies of around 50-60%. The dubbed Hindi version opened to slightly lower numbers. the metros will put up good numbers for men In Black 3 over the weekend and due to lack of competition it should also post respectable numbers outside metros.
