Housefull 2 continued with steady business with collections around 5.50 crore nett on Tuesday. The all India drop was around 15% from Monday. The film has so far collected 54 crore nett in five days and the first week will come to around 63 crore nett.
The IPL is still affecting the film but now as collections are lower it, the 5-7% being lost has much lower value than over the weekend when Housefull 2 had high collections.
In Punjab, the collections of the Punjabi film Mirza – the Untold story are coming down so it will be Housefull 2 which will get the benefit Baisakhi on Friday as it hopes to get back some of the revenue lost over the first weekend due to the Punjabi film.

Sanku BMS, you still think it will do 100 cr?
I feel its impossible with this kind of trending.
Total weekdays collection will be 20-21 cr, which is less than DON 2 or AP. Ready is obviously miles ahead.
DON2 collected 60 cr after weekend and AP around 58 crores.
So, HF might do arnd 52-53 crores which will take it to 95 crores.
Shilac, i always maintained HF2 SHOULD do 100 if opening is this big. It does or not is different matter.
Seeing at huge jump on Sunday, i feel the second weekend will be good again. Like 17cr(atleast 6.5cr sunday expected). So all depends on how second weekend fares.
The trending is decent, but that wont help to hit 100!
