Hindi Media exposing low TRP of SMJ!

The Hindi Media is exposing the Low TRP’s of SMJ on daily basis. Movie Magic section of Hindustan along with Prabhat Khabar and other dailies that easily are read by maximum across the northern belt are carrying reports on dismal performance of SMJ and the pathetic condition of its sponsors!

SMJ might have been praised when it aired but the TRP’s of the show are dwindling.The TRP’s of the show tell a very different story and they are falling fast.The sponsors and producers are showing panic as the ad-revenues of the show are drying up.Noteworthy is that KBC and Big Boss got higher TRP’s than SMJ.The ad-rates were kept fixed prior to the show.But with such colossal dismal performance on TRP front which has a major role in deciding the ad-rates,the sponsors are feeling cheated.They feel their money is lost!The first show has a rating of 4.7 across all cities but this success did not last long.The recent TRP of 3.9 across 9 channels show a dismal performance and a constant downward graph.On the other side,Aamir Khan said– I do not care for what advertisers think.I am sure TRP of the show is on an all time high!

    Aamir is in denial about low TRP’s.No wonder as this was the man who was bragging about Mela being a hit in heartlands of India!

    I am also happy that at last the Hindi Print Media,the most influencing tool along with Aaj Tak and NDTV are exposing the fraudulent imagery created by SMJ about its success!

    Satyamev Jayate maintains steady growth in 7th week

    Satyamev Jayate continues to grow in both Reach and Ratings into its 7th week of launch. The show has now reached out to an unprecedented 48 crore people over the first 7 episodes aired in India. Policy makers have also taken note and made some very positive announcements like the introduction of affordable generic medicines, the fast track court in Rajasthan to tackle the cases of female foeticide and the passing of the Sexual Offences Against Children Bill.

World Screen reported that Satyamev Jayate was the most commented upon show worldwide on the internet for the month of May, ahead of all the other shows across the globe.     Main reason for low TRP is timing Sunday 11 am and most of the episodes are same. It should be air on saturday 9pm or Sunday 9pm.
