What the hell is this Performer of the Year Award? And what is this Jodi Award?

Ramnath Goenka Memorial Award: Aarakshan – they could have given to Stanley Ka Dabba instead.

Looks like Ekta Kapoor bought some awards;-)

The problem with Screen Awards are that they are neither here nor there. They pretend to be all about excellence and jury based and what not but still can’t avoid the popular choices. So they nominate some art/low budget movies but then give the awards to the popular ones for the main categories. They also want to be different than the Filmfare – so they deliberately chose some movies which don’t deserve nominations/awards just to be different.

Awards are meant to honor but not to ridicule or humiliate the actors.

These awards functions makes zero sense and are only there for the TRP game…even the TRP games now have become lame…

In India every Television Channel presenting Movie awards like there own property. I don’t know which award is good. Better if we ignore all awards.

@to the person whose comments are under moderation,
I don’t even like addressing you with the user name that you have created. I did not approve your comments because your user name is itself a cuss word and I did not know if you were some spam or someone just trying to create trouble here. Now I think you had already registered with the user name password before.

If you are the same user who created the username password before I will transfer your comments to that username. Use Lost Password to have the password sent to the email with which you registered for that username. If you have trouble accessing that email comment again with the email that you want the password for that to be sent.

Let me make it clear to you and others that I am not going to allow using cuss words as usernames. Now I can understand you being frustrated because your comments were still under moderation so I am willing to give you the benefit of doubt for your last comment.

Every product has a life cycle after the maturity phase beyond which it stabalizes or begins to fall. Same is the case for awards.
