Hrithik is a guy and Kareena is a girl and girls usually take more time to dress. If Kareena and Kajol are getting irritated it means he was probably taking more time than them. I have read interviews by other directors (may be Prakash Jha recently) that she does not take much time to get ready.
you hvnt noticed her in the tv shows when she comes for a films promotion, she is always uncomfortable and conscious the way she is looking, she wil keep fidgeting her hair all the time. srk even taunted her once on camera for this on panchvi paas.
