K3 deserved best vfx . Even though it wasn’t great but still better than dhoom 3 .Best cinematography for madras cafe is well deserved .
Agree that K3 deserved best Vfx. Dhoom 3 had silly stuff like riding a bike on a rope, bike turning into boat and two bikes joining together and so on. They could have given Best Production Design instead to Dhoom 3.
Yes Best cinematography for Madras Cafe is well deserved .
RD Burman Award
Sidharth Mahadevan
Best Playback Singer Female
Monali Thakur – Sawaar loon (Lootera)
Sputnik Sir from where you get these updates? TOI have not updated the last two winners yet.
Why are you checking TOI? TQ should be enough 🙂
I am getting it from Filmfare’s Official account on twitter 🙂
Best VFX definitely should be given to Krrish 3, and Best Action goes to D-Day? Really.. I think it should go to Commando.
Best Playback Singer Male
Arijit Singh – Tum Hi Ho (Aashiqui 2)
They’ve updated now. 🙂
Best Lyrics
Prasoon Joshi – Zinda from Bhaag Milkha Bhaag
This one’s good, but there were much better written songs in Lootera, Kai Po Che as well as Raanjhanaa. Not sure Zinda was better than those.
😀
No doubt Sir.
Best Music
Jeet Ganguly, Mithoon & Ankit Tiwari – Aashiqui 2
Lifetime Achievement Award

Lifetime Achievement Award
Tanuja
whats with the live updates? so much anxiety in the members over a crap awards show! Tanuja is awarded once, posted twice! atleast someone gave her attention 😉
The new commenting features are great for events like Awards or Cricket matches and so I am using it to give real time updates to those who are interested. There are many who like these awards and for those who think these are crap awards they can bash them in real time 😉
Who is hosting this year ?
I think Ranbir and Priyanka.
Best Actress in a Suporting Role
Supriya Pathak Kapur – Ram-leela
Best Actress in a Supporting Role
Supriya Pathak (Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela)

Subhash Kapoor (Jolly LLB)
Best Screenplay
Chetan Bhagat, Abhishek Kapoor, Supratik Sen and Pubali Chaudhari (Kai Po Che)
As Irfan is not nominated in Best Actor category, so Critic’s Best Actor should be given to him. He was much better than Nawazuddin in the movie.
Sony Trendsetter of the Year Award goes to Chennai Express. Yahoo!
Best Dialogue
Subhash Kapoor for Jolly LLB
Best Actress (Critics)
Shilpa Shukla for BA Pass
Best Actor Critics
Raj Kumar Yadav – Shahid
Well deserved.
It’s Raj Kumar for Shahid Movie. Not Shahid Kapoor. 😛
Yeah Zoom TV screwed up. Edited my comment 🙂
Best Film (Critics)
Ritesh Batra – The Lunchbox
Dont agree with this. Shahid, Kai Po Che, Madras Cafe, Lootera were all better films.
Best Debut (Female)
Vaani Kapoor for Shuddh Desi Romance
Best Debut (Male)
Dhanush for Raanjhanaa

so farhan won the best actor for playing Rocky in BMB. dhanush ne kyqa gunah kiya tha?
The lunchbox is overrated . Its a decent film . but no way near to be called the best film of the year
Rajkumar yadav deserves every acting award this year . Glad that he won critics award .
Agree with 70% of the awards awarded. Popular award should have gone to dhanush or Ranveer for Ramleela
Bhaag Milkha Bhaag winning the awards is expected from Filmfare. Based on previous standards of Filmfare the awards are not that bad this time.
Good that they gave Rajkumar Yadav Best Actor (Critics) and Dhanush Best Debut. I though they would give Sushant Best Debut.
Quite happy with the winners here. Rajkumar Yadav absolutely deserved the award for Shahid and I am very happy for him. Dhanush getting best debut too is very well deserved. Farhan Akhtar winning for popular best actor is good too. BMB winning best film – agree to disagree (thought Madras Cafe deserved it but it was not popular). Shilpa Shukla winning for best actress critics was again deserving for BA Pass.
All in all, it was quite a good award show where the deserving got the awards.
RJY’s next movie, Taran via Twitter – Fox Star-Vishesh Films 1st film: ‘City Lights’, directed by Ajay Bahl. Starring Rajkumar Yadav. Release date: 1st May 2014.
BTW, Rajkumar Yadav is now Rajkumar Rao 🙂
