Mostly chase sequences in Bollywood are boring and such a drag. ABCD Any Body Can Dance was a low budget dark horse film with no stars that released along with Special 26 and made a mark for itself. Here is a great chase scene from the film.

The scene looked like it was inspired from the chase scene of Slumdog Millionaire which itself was a tribute to Kashyap’s Black Friday chase scene. The actors obviously did very well with the jumps and all but at places it looked very choreographed.

there is not much resemblance bwteen sdm and abcd scene except that both are chase scenes. abcd scene is inpsired by ong bak chase scene. they made slight chances in the scene. the obstacles that they face while running is slightly different
check 1:30 of ong bak scene and 0.46 of abcd. instead of round spring , he jumps through a ladder.check 4:23 of ong bak and 1:57 of abcd, instead of a car, abcd guy does a full split like tony jaa and slides under a small cart.
hmm… looks like the idea of cops chasing them through those lanes with similar sounding music is from Slumdog Millionaire and the stunts are from Ong Bak. The stunts or jumps could also be from other Parkour scenes.
